Meaning Wishful/Wistful in Portuguese, Anelante is a Brazilian choro serenata (a slower subgenre of choro) with traditional choro form, but also a heavy dose of Debussy, performed as a beautiful piano-violin duo. It also contains chord roots from all 12 notes in the chromatic scale!
